Starting off the month of September the crew of Phoenix Weaponry went over to RMGO’s headquarters and installed the full-auto version of the 1919 machine gun on the Ferret.
Since the NRA Show in Texas got canceled we decided to set up the booth in the shop and do a live event because we still wanted to show everyone some new products, new rifles, and updates on builds. You view our live event here:

Master gunsmith Jeremy assisted Phoenix Weaponry pro-staff shooter Chris V. get his new long-range Emma model rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor sighted in. Excited to start shooting PRS style matches along with 3-gun competitions Chris is sure to put a hurting on those steel targets beyond 1,000 yards. Halfway through the month it was good to get away for a little fun at a neighboring town’s event where a friends band was playing in the Mead days celebration. The next day we headed up to Cheyenne, Wyoming and attended the Wild West air show.
Phoenix Weaponry and Phoenix Manufacturing has added an additional machine to their fleet in order to increase production. A Mitsubishi FX10 EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) wire cutting machine was brought in, set up and was immediately put into action. These types of machines are primarily used for hard metals or those that are very difficult to machine with traditional techniques. EDM machines cut intricate contours or cavities in various metals.
Rounding out the month we stopped by the UTV expo at The Ranch in Loveland, Colorado where it turns out we knew quite a few of the exhibitors and attendees. There were some crazy cool UTV’s on display there.
September 24th we sponsored the Aim To Help event put on by the Colorado Child Advocacy Center which helps abused children. Along with sponsoring the event and donating multiple suppressors that were auctioned off there was also a multi-stage steel target shooting event and a 15-station sporting clay shoot. The competition was tough as there were some very fast and accurate shooters but Team Phoenix ended up taking first place overall.
The showroom is open by appointment only as we continue to work through the back log of firearm builds. Right now as long as our orders of necessary small parts continue to come in we are able to build about 40 firearms at this time. We are also working through gun smithing and coating projects as well. If you have any questions about your build or need to schedule some time to come in please email us at:
