Phoenix Weaponry Integrally Suppressed Conversions

Almost any bolt action, semi auto hunting rifle, AR style rifle, Shotgun or Rimfire can be converted into an integral suppressed system. For the rifles we thread the barrel if needed and can recrown at the same time if desired. Cut the barrel channel in the stock to accommodate the suppressor tube and stop. AR style weapons will need to have a handguard with a large enough ID to accommodate the suppressor tube. We make a specific “over the suppressor” handguard for this purpose. For the shotguns we attach a threaded ring to the outside of the barrel, remove a section of the rib if necessary, drill a pattern of porting holes and add the suppressor tube stop. Attach the monocore baffles made from your choice of stainless steel or titanium in the appropriate caliber or aluminum for the rimfires and Shotguns. Add the suppressor tube and end cap. We then hand it off to our coating department for the finishing touches. We Form 3 transfer it to your local NFA dealer. Phoenix Weaponry can also fine-tune shotguns, such as polishing the actions and chamber reducing, racking time and effort on pump-shotguns, or speeding up reload time on auto-shotguns. We can also extend the forcing cone in the barrel for additional felt recoil reduction. Phoenix can also swap out or add any furniture, add red dot optics and coat your shotgun in any camo pattern or color.
