Donna build starts with Phoenix’s premium machined, ultra durable billet receiver set made from 7075 T7 aluminum and is completed with all U.S.A spec parts. She is made for those who want unsurpassed quality, reliability, and accuracy from a multi-purpose AR built for the rigors of LE patrol use. She comes with a completely configurable handguard, she is light weight and low snag, a patrolman's dream.

Upper Receiver:

• Phoenix precision manufactured from U.S.A. made 7075 T-7 billet aluminum
• Built-in 20 MOA, sloped Picatinny rail for additional elevation when shooting long distances
• Proper engineering and parts selection allows for a design without a forward assist or brass deflector.
• Includes Phoenix Weaponry Custom Billet Ejection Port Door(Dust Cover)
• Phoenix Ambi-Charging Handle

Barrel:

• Made from Chrome-Moly steel and phosphate coated for durability and high round count life
• At 16-inches in length with a 1:7 twist rate, and 5.56 NATO chamber makes this an all-around great barrel for use with most factory ammo brands.
• Proprietary barrel nut for greater strength and hand guard mounting surface

Handguard:

• 15 Inch Phoenix Weaponry modular hand guard made from strong 6061-T6 aluminum

• Standard M16 profile, Mil-spec MP tested, Chrome lined for long service life and properly staked gas key

Lower Receiver:

• Engineered with an oversized, built-in, trigger guard so the rifle can be used with gloves on
• Accepts all standard magazines including popular polymer versions.
